"Teachers For Tigers" : A Tools for Tiger Awareness
The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) recognizes the role of educators in the battle to save endangered species. The Teachers for Tigers packet has been design by WCS in order to provide educators in tiger range states with effective, easy-to-use, up-to-date materials that can be implemented anywhere, with any audiences. Whether to work with community groups, literate or non-literate audiences, children or adults, the Teachers for Tigers will provide an endless and effective source of activities, teaching strategies and evalution tolls. The activities are informative, interactive, and fun. In Thailand, the Teachers for Tigers is used with students at different level to build awareness campaign with the tiger focus. The DNP unit's Huai Khakhaeng Nature Education Center is responsible for running the activities with local schools around HKK. The students learn about biology of tigers, threats, and solutions to save tigers through various game in the manual They would carry of the tiger conservation message in the communities through different means. And tigers have become a pride of the school kids, teachers, and community members around HKK.

Objectives
- To enhance learners' understanding on Tiger's roles and its core value to the ecosystem.
- To support several campaigns activities with schools and communities for wildlife conservation especially on tiger and preys in the buffer areas of Huai Khakhaeng Wildlife Sanctuary to build the local people awareness with positive attitude toward wildlife conservation.
